Anyone have any experience with or information on Dr. Kerina from Tri County Orthopedics? I need a good knee replacement surgeon.

Dr Kerina has replaced both my knees, with outstanding results on challenging surgeries. He said my right knee was in the top 5 of his difficult knees that year. He does over 300 knees a year. I am back to playing tennis twice a week and Pickleball 2-3 times a week and plenty of golf too. He is an excellent surgeon, a good guy, and the Leesburg surgical center and post OP therapy were great.

Dr Duke, out of Ocala, also has an excellent reputation in this area. He operates out of Munroe in. Ocala and also does 300+ knees a year.

Locally, you can't go wrong with either of these docs.

There is also dr Steven Nguyen out of the Orlando area who is doing a different type of knee surgery...using a side incision vs traditional front of the knee incisions. His method promises less pain and faster recovery. I know of several people who have gone this route with great success.

So, there are choices. Dr Kerina certainly did good by me.

I used Dr. Kerina for back problems years ago. I thought he was wonderful and a great person !!
