Default Pool cleaning robots

Any recommendations as to the best pool cleaning robots? Don’t want to deal with the hassle of suction types. Thanks.

Kreepy Krauly Great White cleaner from Pentair - works with dedicated vacuum line. Last pool had Great White for 14 years. Replaced rubber gasket about year 8-9 but never a problem.

We have this one. Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus Robotic Pool Vacuum Cleaner — Wall Climbing Capability — Top Load Filters for Easy Maintenance — Ideal for Above/In-Ground Pools up to 50 FT in Length https://a.co/d/8qKrgQy

It’s not the top of the line but it does a good job. It doesn’t specifically state that it will do along the water line but it does. It’s not programmable. So it basically runs around blind for two hours. It’s amazing how much stuff it picked up the first time we used it. Very obvious the pool cleaning company wasn’t doing their job. We also bought a set of the ultra fine aftermarket filters. They pick up even more than the included filters.

If there’s any downside to this unit is that it’s not smart. If we leave it unattended it likes to get up on the sun shelf and wrap itself around the umbrella. lol

We had an Aquabot X4 Robotic pool cleaner. Does an excellent job; will climb the walls and stairs.

I've got a Dolphin Triton at my home in Massachusetts. Love the thing. It does a great job. Sometimes run it a couple times to get every spot, but no complaints. On season 4 and the rubber parts are still in good shape and it works as good as new. I can't believe I went without for many years.
