I do think this is a problem at times in almost all of the pools-easy solution that we could probably live with; is once a month on a random basis the monitor would check everyone, even those in the pool or sleeping. This would be cost effective and would not be an inconvenience that we couldn't live with.

I don't like when they check and some people don't have theirs and they say...remember it next time. No, go get it. I moved here for rules and monitoring. That's what keeps this place great.
