Default Golf cart garage construction

Has anyone recently added a golf cart garage to their home? Years ago, it was around $12K to do this. What are you paying today?

If you search this site (try this link: https://www.talkofthevillages.com/fo...rchid=24893346) you will find several threads on garage additions.
Good luck with your project, from what I recall this will be very expensive. Also, I would at a minimum call ARC to see if what you are considering could be approved. Include the driveway expansion and changes in your landscaping with the initial inquiry I seem to recall a case where the garage was approved and the driveway to it was not.

Full Size Garage addition...................6 years ago, $25k.

Now hearing $50k

I would assume golf cart size is 80% of the above.

No idea why it does not work, go to SEARCH forums and type in garage additions, scroll to the bottom and hit search, you will get 11 pages of results, you can scan the titles to see which may be useful.
