Default Possible SCAM 210-301-0307, Builders Square

We have received several calls recently from this number. The title has what shows up on the caller ID. It is a spoofed ID and number. I googled the number.

Also received a call from "Microsoft" regarding our computer and asking to turn it on for some "maintenance".

Be diligent the scams are out there.

I am getting so many of those calls that it has reached the level of harassment and there is no one who seems able to stop it

If I don't recognize the number I don't answer it. If it's important they will leave a message on the answering machine. 95% don't leave a message. I research the number on the internet and if it's a scam I then put a block on the phone. However I am rapidly filling up my block caller allotment. lol

My reply is not to answer the calls you receive that you do not recognize the name on the caller ID display. Those that show only the telephone number, let it go to your answering machine or voice-mail and return the call only if it is someone you know.

Most of the time, the scammers will not leave a message to call them back and, even if they do, if you do not recognize the person - erase the message.
