I purchased a well-established Villa home in the Village of Caroline last October. My 15×30 foot front yard has irrigation but apparently was turned off for several months prior to my purchase, so it's "mostly dead" (Miracle Max quote).

Trying to find a reasonably priced company to zoysia sod this small job. Most companies want a larger yard to quote. Appealing to the TOTV brain trust...and thank you.

If it’s zoysia, i think it will come back if you start watering a few times a week.
