Premieres are up as well; 10K+ since January 2012 plus a 4% discount for building right away.
Great news for those of us who took advantage and built.
Get realistic on your sale price or rent it out. All houses will sell at what ever the market price is. You want 500K in a 350K market then you will have to wait for the market to catch up and then the new house you want will be even higher.
We rented ours in Winter Park, FL and moved on.
Life is too short.

I don't think that old saying is correct in this issue.

Prices up again, Gardinia went up $5k from last month. Up $19,900 in the last 12 months, plus the discount is less. Harder to compare lot prices.

That is why I am buying something next week when I visit. Prices will go up at leat 15% over the next year.
