I have changed the settings either on this website or my computer, and can no longer send a private message or list something for sale in the Classified section. Can anyone help me fix this issue.

Click on "User CP" and "Edit Options". Lots of things to select in that section.

OP double check to make sure you are actually signed in (logged on) I have had situations where I am logged in on the main website, but when I go to the classifieds it did not carry that status over and I had to login again. Also, the system defaults to staying logged in, if you accidently hit the LOGOUT button this would also cause your problems.
