It is very easy to overlook a new Private Message that you have received, unless you look top right of your screen every time you sign in to TOTV

However, you can have them forwarded to your regular e-mail address, where you are less likely to overlook them:


Click top right on "Private Messages"

Click a few inches down the left on "Edit Options"

Scroll down and enable forwarding of new private messages


The whole message is forwarded, so you can read it rather than having to log in to TOTV to do so. However, if you want to reply to it you'll have to do so from within "Private Messages" on TOTV.

That part is so true and I used to hit reply in email and send it right to the admin's which when we had the old owners was a little embarrassing once in awhile. I wasn't always a fan of some of their decisions.
