Post Probate Atty. Recommendation

I lost my husband to Covid while vacationing last month (even though he was fully vaccinated. He had an underlying condition.) I'm still in shock. Because of dysfunction within the family, I will need a probate atty to review the executor's work and handle any problems if they should come up. I am not money oriented, but do wish to be treated fairly. Can you give me advice on reasonable, dedicated professionals in the area who have no gender bias?

So sorry for your loss. I hope the legal issues are resolved quickly and easily for you.

I would suggest calling Amy Pittman.

Usually, the spouse is the executor for the will, and sometimes probate is not necessary.
