Default Patio Villas - always gas?

Hello - we are looking at patio villas and we are wondering if they ALWAYS include a gas stove vs. electric? We are moving my parents to one and they need electric for safety reasons. Thank you in advance for any info you might have.

Not all, some of the villages do not have gas available. Just tell your agent that you don't want a home with gas.

Some area only have all electric and some don’t? If they found patio villa that they like and it has gas stove look behind stove see if there 220V connection for electric oven? Is just replace oven with electric one. I live in CYV and mine has both connections.

Some houses have only gas available for the stove, some have both, some have only electricity.
You could usually put in an electric outlet (big $$) if one is not there already - assuming the power feed can support the load.
Never assume - always discuss before wasting time on the wrong house for you.

Gas availability is by village, not house style.
You can change the stove, if you like a home and it’s only drawback is the stove investigate cost to replace. That will vary based on current electric connectivity.
The best cooktop for safety is a safety induction - they’re wonderful

South of HWY 44 it’s all natural gas including an on-demand gas water heater. Your furnace will not use natural gas.

I wanted an electric dryer and recently paid $500 for an electrician to install a 30 Amp outlet in my laundry room. Good to go..

A 50 amp service for an electric stove is around $850.

Yeah I moved a top end electric dryer from Missouri...

You know our present administration is pushing electric, so personally I think gas will be hard to get.
