Default Professional couple looking to rent immediately !

Hi Owners,

If anyone is looking to rent their place starting May 7, 2011, we are looking for an inexpensive rental, about $700 to $800 per month for a furnished place with all utilities and basic cable/internet/phone.

We are a professional couple, my husband is a retired lawyer, me, a retired nurse. We have been staying in a friends rented place for three months here in the Villages and like it so much we want to stay much longer.

Our phone number is 509-590-1400 if you would like to call us. John or Karen.

We hope to hear from you !

A furnished home including all utilities for $22 to $27 a night? Yep, that would qualify as inexpensive.

I do not believe you will find anyone to rent for the number you have indicated, in fact we will not rent during the off months because the pain is not worth the small amount of money that comes to the homeowner. You may need to move up your target.

You might find something for that price on the historic side, but the place will more than likely be a very old (like 1970's) manufactured home. The odds of it having cable and internet will be slim to none.

You didn't say how long you wanted to stay -- that will make a difference as well. If you'd be willing to stay until September/October, it may make it a little more palatable to the homeowner to give you at least somewhat of a discount.

Glad you found a rental. Enjoy your extended stay in TV. Only 62 days left until my next visit to TV but who is counting...

Default You sure are lucky!!

Wow. I have been thinking about this since I read your post and I think you are really lucky.... and it is something I just don't usually do...but if I send you two dollars will you buy a lottery ticket for me?

No.. I just can't take that risk. Never mind.

Glad you found a temporary home, hope to meet you soon.

Supply and Demand, lots of homes for rent in the villages. Many people would rent out for that price.
