Accessible?

I think it is. There's a cart path that runs between hole 4 tee and hole 6 green on Belmont that goes into the back of the hospital parking lot. It is off Livingston Loop which is off Churchill Downs.

Yes, it is accessible and you need a gate key- not sure if it has the "Button". Access between the golf course-not sure of street you go on to gain access-but it is there! Good luck!

There is NO button. You must use your villager gate access card to get out of the parking lot with your golf cart.
