When I search for most properties, I can find them. However, I can not get a certain property to show up on the appraisers site. I can not figure out what is wrong. Does anyone have any idea? This is not a new villa, but it was/is for sale.

You might be looking in the wrong county. I had the same problem when I first starting looking, and still looking. Some of the newer streets and sales still don't show up. I'm posting what I have but I'm not sure if they will come out as a direct link. You might have to copy and paste it into your browser and then save it to favorites. Ive found most sales and resales are in Sumter and Lake county.

also, when a sale is pending, the villa is removed from the listing. We had a villa on sale across the street by the Villages. Another neighbor called the Villages to ask to have it shown to a friend and was told that "we know nothing about that listing". I called the gal who was the owner and had it listed. She said it was pending closing and that the Villages removed it from the pre-owned listings, etc. once they had an offer.

This may be why you can't find the property.

Thanks for the replies. I did find the property by searching for other numbers on the street and clicking next parcel until I found the one I wanted. Two separate properties where not found on search but found by "searching".

Starflyte? Was that in Sumter County? They have not updated their pages since at least April, because I keep clicking on it to see who our new neighbors are and we aren't on it either and we closed in May. I called the office and they said that they were changing systems and that it would be updated by the first of August. It isn't yet.
