We have an air conditioned garage, so attic is warm, but not hot or humid. We store only a few things up there that are too big or awkward to store in the garage. We had one of those Majic Lifts installed recently to make it easy for hubby to take stuff up and down. No more juggling stuff in his hands while climbing the ladder. We still don’t store suitcases up there, or any cardboard/paper items unless they’re inside sealed containers.
