Anyone have their voice (VoIP) service option? I want to know if switching to their service causes a phone number change. Can't find an answer on their site and their CHAT doesn't have a link, as far as I can tell.

Also want to know whether my current streaming service contracts can be rolled over. Likewise, cannot find an answer.

Got to say, struggling to do business with them gives me second thoughts and their customer service.

Number portability allows you to take number from carrier to carrier. Streaming service doesn’t make a difference my service down here goes thru Quantum internet when we’re up north Verizon internet all they care about is bill paid

Remember the internet is the same so all your streaming services will not change. You can port your phone number to thier telephone service.
