Default Plumbing Fixture Brand

I want to replace the cartridge in my kitchen sink faucet but don't know the brand to use. I assume the Developer bought the plumbing fixtures in bulk to use throughout a new Village build out so they should be the same across a Village. If this is correct does anyone know who made my kitchen sink faucet in a Designer home in DeSoto?

thanks,

It's probably a Delta. Look at the front of the faucet at the bottom, and it will say "Delta". It may be difficult to see, so you may need to wipe it off and use a flashlight.

My shower was Delta so I would assume the sink was as well.

I found mine by getting the model number from the Warranty Dept Search for my home. Enter your Villages ID number and a good deal of information comes back.
