Default bond ?

Well we got a place to rent in April it was a bit cheaper . I wanted to ask about the bond if I bought a Lantana and paid the bond in full am I done with it or do I still pay anything. .TKS

Once you pay it you are done with the obligation for that piece. In other words if you have a 15K bond and pay it in full, you (or subsequent owners) will not see it again. I believe that there is a separate county tax (a few hundred per year?) that is levied regardless of outstanding bond balance. Then of course there is the separate amenities fee, running about $135 per month, that will continue.

That is what I was given for an estimate by my agent but someone who lives in TV should be able to give more clarity.
