We're moving into a new Patio Villa in September. With "Faye" moving through the area we have been wondering if the lack of guttering over the patio door on the side of the house will be a problem? Any comments and/or recommendations from Patio Villa residents would be appreciated. ???

I'm in a patio villa with no gutters. I'm used to having gutters, so it seems strange to see water pouring down from all areas. Other than that, it doesn't seem to be that big of a deal. Even so, if I could, there would be gutters. It can be inconvenient to go out the side door and be deluged from water coming down from the roof.

We have no problem on our patio villa from the rain, but are thinking of adding gutters on the front and sliding door side because it is a pain taking the dogs out with the rain pouring off the roof onto you as you walk out.

I had gutters put on the patio side of my patio villa 2 years ago. It was not expensive and well worth the money.

at the walk-through, the builder says they just don't do gutters much in florida.
when it's raining, I don't use the patio door, I don't plan to add any |

We had them added on our previous patio villa. I was told that the rain coming down all over the driveway will stain it after awhile.
