It appears that a Walgreens and a Clark Convenience Store will be added to Lake Deaton Plaza. This is based on documents filed with the Southwest Florida Water Management District.

The Walgreens will be at the east end of the plaza with access from Rt 44.

The Clark Convenience Store (presumably Marathon gas like the one at Pinellas Plaza) will be just east of Rohan Rec Center with access from Rt 44. But wait, there's more ... the bonus is the plan shows that it will have a car wash.
