So, a good option may be food typically prepared in a mild flavor, if you will. Some examples would be Polish, Czeck, Ukrainian, and such, with warm, delicate spices, like tarragon, parsley, marjoram. Much like French country cooking.
I wish you could guide them Henryk. I am sure you are a good cook.

Well, I do have about a dozen Polish cookbooks.

I believe the biggest issue around here is finding talented employees. I have had this issue expressed to me several times.

The restaurant that would work is McDonald’s. Let the arrows fly for you fast food haters. My case: The location isn’t the best. Whiskey John’s (or whatever) found that out and Friday’s gave up too. McDonalds is obviously the only answer for that spot. Don’t laugh they would bring some really great coffee at a price that all can afford. Of course, it won’t happen but it would work.

How about a real sports bar like BW3, lots of different beers, tons of screens and wings

I don’t think any fast food restaurant would work. Where would the drive thru be?

Price is the factor in many restaurants success here. I don't know if you should describe it as "cheap and quick food". I would say decent and reasonably priced food, not birthday and anniversary occasion priced food.

How about a place that only serves soft food for all the people who don't have teeth.

Mashed Potatoes, Ice Cream, Creamed Corn, Soup.

Peter Lugers is expense account driven, no credit cards--cash or their own card--was $300.00/ for 2 back in the early 90's--best steaks in American--would never happen here

A Great Tex-Mex food is loved by many. Spice is nice for the right price, it would be a winner.
