Default Distance to Brownwood from St. James

What is the approximate distance to the new town square, Brownwood? We are building on Edenville Path when our house sells in Indiana. Will there be a tunnel(s) under 466A for the golf carts? Will it be closer than Sumnter Landing? Can't wait to make our move to TV in the near future.

Hi gcrisp! Husband says it's about 2-1/2 miles from where Buena Vista intersects 466A, so from Edenville, maybe another 1/2 mile or so?? We stayed the month of March at TV and did LOTS of research, lots of open houses, etc.. We are very familiar with Edenville Path. Nut sure about the tunnel but suppose there will be as the closest one now is at Morse & 466A. Oops, that's not true. There's another that's pretty close to the golf course (Turtle Mound, I think). We used to take our golf cart to St James riding a path along that course. We had to go through a tunnel to get to and from the cart path on the Bonifay side of 466A.

We also cannot wait for our move (new Sanibel Village) as soon as house sells!
Good Luck to you! Edenville will be a LOVELY street as they all pretty much are!

There are already 2 tunnels that go under 466a. If you drive down Buena Vista on the other side of 466a down to 44, you will notice that the tunnels are already built under Buena Vista too.

We checked it from our lot on Ansley path, 2 lots away from the pool, and it was 4.4miles to the bottom of buena vista, and exactly the same to LSL. Go figure!!
