Has anyone gone to German night at Hacienda Hill CC. ? If you did what was you favorite dish.

Jagerschnitzel. Better than the same dish at the Schnitzel Factory Restaurant in Ocala.

German night is very good and quite popular. Whatever main dish (all good) you get, make certain you get Red Cabbage and the german Potato Salad as your sides.

My grandmother then my mother, now my wife make the BEST German potato salad I have ever eaten, and I have tried lots of others. I will try HHCC German night next winter.
