Polyaspartic

And with the 100% chip coverage that Garage Living does, it isn't as slick as an epoxy floor with just a few chips thrown down.

I used concrete stain from Sherwin Williams.
Very easy DIY paint job.
It is the same stain I use around the pool deck.
Weathers fine.......always looks nice.

I look at my garage as a work area so I have a more industrial look, two coats of a densifier, (water based lithium penetrator) , two coats of a solvent based sealer nothing sticks to it, had a few drops of high adhesion prime on it when I installed and painted the attic ladder , came off with my finger nail, water beads on it, not slick when wet, but a lighter color would be nice

Ours has the industrial look as well, it’s finished with various sized and shaped stains from different petroleum based spills and leaks. The best part is that it isn’t a constant look, the patterns seem to change and get a new look every time I work on the next project and I never have to worry about ruining the finish : (

The way it should be, next up for me is AC for the garage , going to try a portable, not elegant but 5K for a split unit makes me wince

Polyaspartic is the way to go. We used Tailored Living out of Altamonte Springs and couldn't be happier with the quality of the job they did. Much cleaner look and more durable finish than any of the other finishes we looked into!

Decisions, decisions? I'm only going to do this once because once I move in there be too many things to move. Thank you all for advice.

We went with epoxy. Light color which really brightens the garage. Easy to clean. Lots of chips. Not slippery. Used McWilliams Painting 850-736-9739

Default Garage Floor Covering

We had Liquid Floors installed on our garage floor three years ago and it looks as new today as it did then. They grind the floor to make it more porous and apply their materials. It's a multi layered chemical curing process, rather than paint drying, and it provides an exceptionally strong cover.

Liquid Floors USA is an exceptional solution for both garage and lanai floors!
