Default Maybe yes

The adult pools are 30+ and Ocala is a long commute sometimes depending on the traffic. If you live in the northern villages, it's better but the villages are moving south and that's where the new neighborhoods are that you might want to buy. If you have family in TV to assist that is a great reason. A friend that works in TV just moved from Ocala to TV because the commute was difficult on 75. It's always backed up north of wildwood.

depends on where in the villages you want to rent/live. Some areas further south is quite a ride to Ocala. Areas further North not so much. Historic side or areas near 42 just a quick ride to Ocala. And, don't forget, if you will be traveling on 75, lots of accidents and traffic

Default Progressive's becoming Your Parents

As the Progressive commercial portrays people becoming their parent. Willing or not when you surround yourself with a group of people, you evolve and become one of them. You're in your 20s the average age in TV is between 60 and 70. Playing it safe might sound ideal but going out in the world making your own mistakes is much more rewarding. Life might seem it going to last forever, but one day the 20-year-old opens his eyes and they're 70. One of Florida's nick names is "God's Waiting Room" and its places like the TV why they earned this name. There are many places in Fl. which might be a much better fit for you. But only you can decide what is best.

Stay in Ocala, the lifestyle here will bore you at your age. Besides the cost of renting or buying a home here will probably be out of your price range. Good Luck !

If he is trolling, so what...he sure got a rise out of everyone. Someone said something about writing a book, that I doubt, but still funny.
I do believe there is that 80/20 gov't rule that he would actually be allowed.
So, ok what if he moved in next door...a nice kid, doesn't play loud music, certainly can help you carry that heavy item into the house. Could be good competition on the golf course, or dance floor, or trivia night. And hey ladies, might have a cute caboose to look at.
I'm mostly teasing here, but I think we'd all rest assured if he was an emt.

Seriously though, I do wonder if this is a thing...in Feb we got 2 different rental inquiries one from 3 college boys wanting to rent for 6 mths and the other 4 college exchange ladies for the month....weird
(We said no...we only rent to old farts) ; )

Lake Nona or the Innovation District coming to Mt Dora. You’ll have. Better chance of meeting child-bearing women and starting a family. Here you’ll catch arthritis, bad knees, skin cancer, heart problems, etc. You’ll also have to start looking for an assisted living facility for when you turn 30.

I was offered a good paying job and can afford TV even with the surging housing costs.

I am a clean, organized, well-mannered young man who is tired of the constant late night partying college lifestyle and wants a community where everyone turns in for the evening early. I love golf, cooking and relaxing. What are everyone's thoughts on such a young neighbor?
Come back in 35 years!

Look, if you were a 22 or 24 year old, good looking female I am sure you could find plenty of assistance here. Then make sure you rent a home with a pool and then spend all your off time sun bathing. That will bring tons of FREE advice and conversation your way. But since you claim to be a young man-boy, I doubt you will find much encouragement.
Personally, I don't cotton to trolls, but sometimes we have extra time to play along when one is retired. Maybe if you get an honest job, you too can enjoy places like the villages when you retire.
That said, maybe next time you could be a bit more original?

301 and I-75 traffic was the worst ever this winter and by the time you would get home from working in Ocala most of TV will be closed down but at least the kiddie pools would be less crowded so you can use them until dusk. Although I realize this is just a troll trying to wake people up from their naps it does show how boring it can get down here. Anyone in the 22/24 year old range that would want to live in a community with the average age being 67 or so has a problem that would take at least a few years of therapy along with some good drugs to fix. Stay where you are, find a good parter and do things you both enjoy, your not ready for 1:00 naps or early bird dinners.
