The Fruitland Park CC entertained a request from Hawthorns at Fruitland Park to redevelop the former Burkes BBQ and Central Florida Nursery just west of Micro Racetrack Rd on 466a with Build to Rent apartments. I was hoping another restaurant would see the buildings potential.
