Default Paige CYV in Sanibel?

Can anyone tell me exactly where the new Courtyard Villas named Paige Villas are located in Sanibel Village, south of 466A? I am still in NC and when I call up on the map I can't seem to locate it. TV has just completed about 8 villas in the Paige Villa area.

South of Pinellas Place just inside the Morse Blvd Gate, near Captiva Village Recreation center. See the master plan at http://www.sumtercountyfl.gov/Docume....aspx?DID=3350

Go into the Sanibel gate, make your first left on to Avondale, then make your second left on to Evesborough Path, go down the street a bit and you will see them on your right. I was just looking at them the other day as my house has a privacy wall and on the other side is the Paige Villas. I was told there is about 7 different models of homes.

Bike42 and Carmpat,
Thank you both for the information. Now I know exactly where the Paige Villas are. Wish I could sell in NC and I would be right down there with the rest of you happy people!!!

Carmpat, we just bought a lot in Fernadina with a privacy wall behind it. There are villas planned on the other side of the wall. (Don't know the name of them yet.) How do you like having the wall behind you? Any tips or advice for us?

Villa wall can be very good or very bad. Depends on who is on the other side of the wall. If they are reasonably quite, its great. If they "party" a lot......not so great. I had someone in my former neighborhood who moved from CYV because of the dogs barking and "noise" coming from the other side of the wall. They said that they just got tired of fighting the battle all the time. I don't mean to rain on your parade but just giving you another perspective. Of course, the same can be said about a next door neighbor.

I like having the wall for privacy. When we first moved in about a month ago I did not have my vertical blinds installed so I walked around inside the house naked, lol. No one ever saw me and I have a empty lot next store. Seriously, though If it came down to hearing a dog bark incessantly we would kindly ask the pet owner to quiet the dog down if it got to a point where we couldn't stand it any longer. My whole block is full of dog owners. My next neighbors are out constantly and I do hear their dog barking all the time. It is true you don't know who will move in on the other side of the wall. So you pray you get a very nice neighbor. If they party allot, I will join them or I will leave our house too. You make the best out of it. Good luck.
