Default tilting tree

We have a Drake Elm tree that is tilting about 30% toward the street. I have been advised that it can be possibly saved if we can pull it upright and stake it. It is about 15-20 feet tall. Can anyone recommend someone to do this? We are right off Sand Hill Golf course? Please advise. Thanks!

Not trying to be snarky..... but I'll go out on a limb and suggest you call an arborist or a tree service. Seems to be more listings in the NON-Villages Phone Book Yellow Pages.
