Check the Home Improvements section of this website and the Landscape Talk forum; lots of reviews there.

We too are due for a paint job. My thoughts. I would assume there is some pressure on both landscapers and painters, people wanting to get it done for holidays. I will guess quality will go up and price will go down if you can wait.

Landscapers and painters. Wife does not listen. She wants a whole new color. We have a place with bushes installed by the builder that are now touching the house.
To paint the house, important for a color change they will need to be cut back by, a guess a foot or more. Should not be but it is.

Just a reminder to get approval from ARC before painting.

We had our house repainted a different color last month by Steve Kling. Also had the lanai done. Great work. We got 3 bids and even thou he was the most expensive Sherwin Williams inspector come out afterwards and issues a warranty. There have been 8 houses done by him in the last year. Paint was a grade above the others.

Neighbors on both sides of our house had Steve Kling do their houses, very nice work, I will be using them in a year or so.

He actually does both painting and landscaping. He doesn't hire out subs. Very satisfied with his work. 352.409.1083

Best Landscaper in TV’s,,(price & quality) is EBA Landscaping, 352.461.6500. Best painter in TV’s is Anchor painting,, Anchor Coatings – We've been GREEN since God made grass. As someone has mentioned,,Get ARC approval first.

I have found, one of the best resources is to sit out front and watch the conga line of trucks. and if needed put a sign out front at 7:45 am.
For the Lawn, Cruz is all over here in SS, very reasonable pricing

Hand mowing $60 per month.

You are painting your house.
If you want to change the color, you need ARC approval.
Otherwise just talk to the painter, most will color match and there is no issue.

The ARC up here in SS is absent at the wheel. (not unlike Brandon)

Take a ride through Rio Grande.

Many house are a mess.

LETS GO BRANDON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!
