[QUOTE=manaboutown;1488115]In response to a request on another thread here are two early Del Webb videos dealing with transitioning to a retirement community.
Del Webb Sun City AZ Promo The Beginning Part I - YouTube [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kTh $400 a month and living well, wow! I don't like the way the women were always serving iced teas though! How about that "greenery" on the house and the support posts? What on earth was that about? Loved seeing the old time golf carts. |

Loved seeing the real cars vs today's cardboard boxes on wheels!

I retired mainly because our contract was expiring and I heard there will be changes in new contract plus I knew I was moving. I just heard the vision plan was canceled for next year but the employees who retired with contract keep it. There will be probably be changes in the health insurance also but I will keep what I have, which is good. It is too bad that employees have to be forced to retire like this to keep your benefits.

Never had any use for Ralph. Corvair was a reasonable car. Yes, I am aware of the weaknesses. As I recall, Chevrolet addressed them.
