Default Termite Applications

Is it necessary to have a termite application if your home is Stucco on a concrete slab?

There are many threads about termite treatment. Do a search. But, it really doesn't matter what type of house you have. Termites can invade any type of house and they typically cause damage to the soft wood and drywall portions of the house. Door frames and window sills are their favorite types of wood to eat. They live in the soil under your house and travel up and down into the house, eating the wood. They will live in your house as long as they have enough moisture to survive. You may not detect a termite presence for years, because they cannot be in the light and will usually not eat through the wood surface where you can see them.
