Default Model home names and aliases?

Is there a list of names and aliases of the home models? As I do my search, I come across names that are not listed in actual villages website for homes (e.g. "Live Oak" = Lantana).

I also came across a "Juniper" which isn't listed on the site, either.

Thanks!

Kevin

I think the vinyl-sided version of the block and stucco Gardenia is called the Camellia.

Here is a chart that realtor Lyle Gant put together and posted online. Not sure how up to date it is.

I own a Juniper - It's basically a Lantana with siding, so the interior space is a little bigger because the walls are not as thick as the stucco one. Maybe 2 inches on the exterior.

That list is dated 2015. Two models it doesn’t include: Indigo 3/3 designer model which is essentially the same as Ottawa veranda model.

Another thing to keep in mind is that there are often different 'stretches' used for the same model house to house. Our Begonia had 3-4 over the base model including 2 for the garage alone, so all similarly named houses are not necessarily alike!

Check The Villages webpage. If you click on 'Learn About Us", and then drop down to "Our Homes", it will show all the current homes styles. There are models which they no longer build. Also, if you custom build, you can pretty much vary the floor plan to your preferences! And yes, the same floorplan in a Veranda will have a different than the same floorplan in a Designer Home.
