Where can I get a rollator brake repaired?

Without being able to see the problem, this may be a simple adjustment, as I recall at one end of the cable there is a screw or a nut that can be adjusted to change the length of the cable, which changes how the brake engages. If the metal piece that pushes against the tire is bent, it may be able to replace or bend this back in place and if necessary, reinforce the piece.
