Does anyone know how a non-resident can visit an Open House in each gated Village? We are interested in seeing houses being highlighted via Open House with the Villages Real Estate Sales and outside agencies. Will the gate guard just allow us to enter the village if we have the correct address of the Open House? Thank you in advance.

No need to contact anyone. Although gates exist I imagine for appearance purposes and to slow down traffic the various villages are not "gated communities" in the usual sense. Anyone can enter since the streets are public streets.

If you go to Thevillages.com and click on "search homes" and then click on "build your dream home", you will see the neighborhoods that have new homes to sell.

For example, if you click on "Unit 194 - Osceola Hills" you will see the lots in that neighborhood. The dark green lots are for sale, the brown lots are sold, and the light green lots have homes on them that are for sale. The homes on the light green lots have been built with the speculation that they will find a buyer, so they are called 'spec homes'.

If you click on a light green lot, you will see info about the house on that lot. If you click on a dark green lot, you see the price of that lot.
