Do you know if it was a gas or electric cart?

Default Yikes...

Scary stuff... I have never seen a cart engulfed in fire, but have seen a couple that were pretty scary. One was gas and had run over something flammable that stuck under and was burning. The other was an electric Par Car that had some connections so hot they were beginning to smoke. Both cases were caught before anything bad happened.

If you drive electric, keep your batteries properly watered and check the connections as part of your maintenance.

If you drive gas..........ummm..... well how would I know?

You like playing Wheel of Fortune?

What do I call a gas cart that completely burns up and cannot be used anymore?

Oh, cmon... I just having fun

PS. Of course I do not wish anyone's cart ever burns up....

I have a photo that my husband took. We were at the soccer field on Rolling Acres watching our granddaughter's soccer game. We could see the dark, heavy smoke rolling and my husband went to see what was on fire.

It was an electric cart and the police officers at the scene said they have no idea what caused it to ignite. Something electrical is all they said. Anyway, I'll try to post the photo, but someone may have to help me. In all my years here on TOTV, I can't believe I've never posted a picture.

That's why I carry a fire extinguisher strapped to my cart to give me a fighting chance just in case.
