Drones inspecting roof, just another tool to scam. I can look from ground and see it roof is good or lumpy and missing panels. What I can’t do is see if their wind damage when section becomes loose. The drone can see that either. But, drone can see stains (stains don’t make roof bad, just eye sore to look at? But who looks up at roofs?) which they say look bad spots you need new roof.

I have stains on my roofing, and what do you know, no one knows how it got there. Must have spilled something after the roof was put on. It does not look as though it is affecting anything other than my aesthetics.

[QUOTE=ithos;2429883]Been pestered three different times by reps from roof company over the last two weeks offering free assesment using drones. They try very hard to get the homeowners phone number.

Is this a violation of The Villages no solicitation policy?

when the shingles were manufactured they put to much glue on them. They had given us an option to have the roof cleaned if they were under ten years old
