Default Rumor About Morse Family Selling

I heard a rumor that the Morse family "sold The Villages" and are moving away. Is any part of that true?

What's the source of the rumor? Any other info that came along with it?

I heard it from a friend of someone who works in one of the business offices in The Villages that it happened about a month ago. The details were sketchy though, so I wanted to try to find out more.
Her job deals with the commercial businesses in TV, so maybe they just sold commercial property??

It's all true, Trump has brought a majority interest in the villages. Rumor has it that chain link fences will be placed around every lot, and pink Flamingoes in every front yard. Also a large section of the village will be converted into low income housing.

You guys have it all wrong. It was Steve Jobs who bought TV. Didn't you see his retirement announcement, plus the articles about how he was going to re-invent... TV.

Sheesh, can't anybody around here put two and two together.

P.S., just imagine how much easier it will be making tee time reservations once there's an app for that. What to buy or sell a TV home? See how crowded a restaurant is? Stream entertainment from the squares? Find a pickle ball partner? See which rec center has the next aerobics class? Open the gates with your phone? Apps for that!
