Default Rumor Central

While golfing at Silverlake yesterday, Honey and I were told that a big sinkhole had opened up in Spanish Springs. Confirm? or deny.

I passed thru SS several times yesterday and was at the square last night. Plus, I live almost as close as you can get, and I haven't seen or heard of a sinkhole. That doesn't mean it is not there, but if it is, it is not very visible from where I travel.

Hope it unsinks, or sinks big before hand, because we are taking our precious granddaughter to hear a musical thingy at Church on the Square tonight.

There was a major repair of the pond kinda behind Freedom Pointe but closer to Morse Blvd that I think was a sinkhole. All fixed and filling up with water. This was in the last couple of months.

Have not heard of anything more recent.

Glad to hear that the rumor is unfounded. I just knew that TOTV members would have passed through town and given us the scoop. Thanks.

When I was at SS yesterday they had a small section of the road blocked. It was near the bowling alley.
