Even in TV sometimes, packages could be taken from homes after delivery.

Doesn’t happen often, you have ability to track your package’s delivery from FedEx, UPS, Amazon (10 stops away) and USPS.

A friend of ours had a delivery in Duval, Tuesday, recorded on their camera, from UPS, and minutes later, person wearing a baseball cap removed the package.

Has been reported, sheriffs office, sadly, their cameras, are upper corners, so no face recognition was possible. Box was Cpap supply, so guessing it would be worthless to the person who helped themselves.

You do have the option to have the package dropped off at various businesses throughout TV.

True but be careful some lock boxes are not convenient to TV.plus during holiday season some drop boxes will not except packages do to volume

If you have a package you’re really worried about, then Amazon has a in-garage delivery option available. I’ve used it a couple of times when I’ve bought very high dollar items.
