I sent three gift cards 12 days ago through the dropoff at Safe Ship for p.o. pickup. Not one was received by recipient. Anyone else have this issue?

Have used the mailing place in Colony Plaza many times ,they are courteous wonderful people, have never had a problem with any mailings.

I've not had any issues either. My wife and I use them a couple of times a month.

They do charge to ship pre-paid UPS packages, (Amazon returns), I think $1.50 each. No charge at the UPS store in Pinellis.

The folks at Safe Ship are so friendly and helpful. Have not had any problems. However, we have had problems with US potal service. We've had two pieces recently, including a check, that never arrived.

We have used Safe Ship - found the staff to be courteous and helpful - never a problem.

I too think the problem is probably with the postal service and not Safe Ship. We use them all the time and have never had a problem.

If I have to mail something worth $, I take it to one of the post offices and mail it with tracking.

Me too. Not expensive.

It just seems a bit odd that all three separate envelopes never arrived at their destination and all were mailed from Safe Ship in Coloney.

whenever I mail something to ny from there it takes double the time to get there. I mentioned it to them and they said they send it right out so I do not know why it takes so long but mine has eventually gotten there.

I still think it's the post office's fault. They pick that stuff up from a non-postal place, and who knows where it goes from there. There aren't any postal trucks in TV that I know of, so maybe it's some pickup person from who knows where, and what happens to it from there is a mystery. I bet your gift cards will get there eventually. Hopefully!

I have not used either of the places mentioned for USPS mail, I have used them for FedEx and UPS with no problems. I generally use the local mail location for out going mail with no problems, get there in the morning for same day pickup. USPS packages go to Wildwood post office (closest to me) and have had no problems.
