I have to disagree. I think it makes more sense to walk where it's safest. I see people walking into oncoming cart traffic at curves that are planted right up to the blacktop. No where to go when carts come around the curve not expecting to see people in front of them. And if another cart is coming in the other direction it's a potential nightmare! If they were on the other side of the path there is about 20' of grass they can easily strip into if needed. My .02.

I had this happen to me a couple years ago at a Lowe's parking lot. Some guy just walked right out in front of me with his nose in his phone and as I was slamming on my brakes had the nerve to hold up his hand to tell me to stop and didn't even look up or miss a step. Couldn't even look up to make sure I saw HIM. Good thing I was only going slow and paying attention.

Heres the best safety tip everybody should memorize. Right lane for exiting or going straight, left lane for going straight or going around. DO NOT GO AROUND A ROUND ABOUT FROM THE RIGHT LANE. Do that and your toast.
