Good to know. We've been looking around for a real "butcher". Found that many do not sell much veal nor lamb. Spoke to the head butcher at Publix. He said there simply is not much demand for it. I have a freezer on the list so that we can drive to one of the larger cities periodically and stock up on meat. But it sounds like Sam's may just fit the bill and negate the need to freeze a large volume.

sam's never had this quality meat till. their recent renovation==a real wake up call- to people who know higher end meats--thank you Sam's==wish we had the appetite to finish one of their tomahawk steaks
