Default New Construction on 466/Morse?

I am getting confused about all the new construction. Driving on 466 from BV I saw the new Bridgeport but wondered what is the development on the SE corner of Morse and 466. It was probably mentioned earlier but I had a different picture in my head, which seems to happen more as time goes on!

Here's a prior thread about it:

Does that mean they are all CYV? I thought that designers and Premiers are also bungalow style. Don't think I have seen a 2 storey anywhere in TV.

LW - Yep, they're going to all be CYVs, from what I understand.

I believe they're going to be pretty much the same as the villas at Creekside Landing as well as those at Edgewater Bungalows (which also seems to go by the name of Village of Bridgeport at Creekside Landing - which is misleading, I think)!

Some elements include a bit more space between units, but otherwise they are virtually the same as any other Courtyard Villa community.
