I do not how true this is or not, but I was up there late yesterday evening and several people were talking about someone has signed a lease to open the bar/resaurant back. Currently, I is gutted inside and would take a while for the construction to be complete.

We live near the mail station and this area is pretty much centrailzed for anything north of 466. Up until it was closed down, the Santiago Club bar and restaurant was the only facility of its kind in a residential area. It will be again when it ever reopens. We also have 2 pools to chose from. Lower bonds and lower taxes than Marion County. And close to Savannagh Center. Can't think of any cons!
