My wife and I just placed a deposit on a building lot in Fernandina 215 and plan to build next year. In driving through many neighborhoods, we did not see a single satellite dish. As a life-long Green Bay fan, this is a must-have for our pending move.

Any insight as to installation / placement of the dish would be appreciated.

Satellite dish provider installs them where you get the best signal.

Many in my area have Direct TV with the dish facing south, and placed in the yard. Most - if not all, are not visible from the street as they are placed on a pole and not on the roof (Village of Charlotte).

Ours is in the side yard, facing South, on a pole.
