Default SAVE MONEY on 20 year old Windows

there is NO need to replace the Single Hung Windows
in your +20 year old Home purchase just because
they have become difficult to operate or lock.

They remain "Structurally Sound & Weatherproof"

The spring loaded mechanism with pulleys rust
over time due to the regional climate (moisture).

AND that is Actually a Very Quick fix for a "Professional"
Window Technician (but not your average handyman)

As a Matter of Fact, we recently hired Ron Conklin,
of RC Windows & Doors (352.620.1111), that has
extensive experience with the Glazing Industry,

AND for a reasonable flat rate per unit cost, he replaced the
'guts' in TWELVE Single Hung Windows within 2 hours - and
they now all operate "as Good as New"

We had Romac do the same thing for our 20 year old windows. We are the original builder....Romac the original installer.

About half needed new spring and track assemblies. The rest just cleaned and lubricated. All windows work like day one.

Absolutely no need to replace any windows.

Are you in any way associated with Ron Conklin or this business, either a financial or a personal relationship? This reads like an advertisement not a disinterested recommendation. What was the "reasonable flat rate per unit cost" for each window?

there is NO Association.
was Simply posting a Well Deserved Recommendation
for a Professional Service by an Experienced Technician
that not only met our expectations, but worked quickly.

* the Lead In explanation was simply a
curtesy for my unknowledgeable neighbors

Rarely open my windows. Only got five anyway, if I need fresh air I open sliding glass doors. Yes my windows still open just fine.

LOL. I have never opened my windows, so I don't know if they open or not. My house has HVAC.
