We have the sliding, sectional screen doors. The cost was considerably less than the motorized screens, and we find that going in and out (like when washing the car, or gardening, etc.) by simply sliding a panel aside, is far more convenient than my neighbor who has to have the entire screen rolled up and then rolled down every time he goes in and out. Just another point to consider.

rball, I agree that sliding is not all that tough, I just like the auto one's so you don't see it when it's up. rball and frangy, what did you pay for your's and what is your size, I have a two car garage...Thanks.

I'd have to check, but as I recall, it was about half of the roll-up models.

We paid $1800 and have a one car plus one golf cart garage..guess it is a 1 1/2 garage. Hope that helps. :bigthumbsup:
