Default Sealing brick paver driveway

Has anyone sealed their own brick driveway? Did you hire someone to do it for you? How often should this be done? Thanks in advance.

I do not have pavers (too much maintenance) but have watched neighbors, most did the reseal 2 to 3 years. Some items to consider, there can be incompatibilites between the existing sealer and the new sealer. The company that painted/stained our driveway no longer offers sealing due to problems with the sealer becoming cloudy. Finally, make sure if you have this done that a friction additive like shark grip is added or you may end up with a very slippery surface when wet.
