I came home to day to my wife that said SECO come to the house today and replaced the electric meter. I asked why and she indicated the electrician said the meter was not working correctly. We live in Poinciana. Has anyone else had meters recently replaced or know something I dont? Isolated repair or wide spread replacement? Something else going on?

I would definitely call SECO, they can tell you what is going on. I worked for a utility up north, and it was not uncommon to have to replace meters on a periodic basis for various reasons.
