Why is there a big tent up at LSL. (Via webcam) Is it a different kind of vendor night?

Tent is probably left over from St Patty's Day. It is vendor night. And, it is Rocky and the Rollers tonight, and, it's not raining!!! I went down at 5pm to catch their first set and the place was already packed. It's a beautiful evening out and folks were having a good time.
